Returns & Refunds

If your gear isn't working for you, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. No restocking fees, no gotchas.

To qualify, items must be:

• Returned within 14 days of the delivery date on your tracking.
• In original, resellable condition — clean, undamaged, and with all included components.
• Packed securely so they arrive back to us intact.

Items that have been abused, modified, or are missing components may receive a partial refund at our discretion.

Email support@thesportsbro.com with your order number and a short reason for the return. We'll reply within 24 hours (Mon–Fri) with a return address and instructions.

You cover return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we shipped the wrong product — in which case we'll cover it. We recommend using a tracked service; we can't refund packages that never reach us.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 3 business days. Depending on your bank, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days after that.

We don't currently do direct exchanges. If you want a different item, return the original for a refund and place a new order.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll make it right — replacement or full refund, your call.
